The Lookout was built in 2001, with an extensive renovation in 2016.  The room on the upper level is a large open plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a 4 burner gas stove with oven and grill, large fridge freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. It has a wood fire, reverse cycle heating/cooling, and evaporative air conditioning. The room was planned to capitalise on the very special sea views. The balcony, which can be accessed from the sitting area or via an external staircase, provides a true "Lookout" on the scene over the sea, land and shifting population of kangaroos, emus and birds which include wedge-tailed eagles, sea eagles, Port Lincoln parrots and many more.

Downstairs, the largest bedroom, has a double bed and a set of single bunk beds. This bedroom can also function as a TV/sitting room, as it houses the second television and DVD player.

The other two bedrooms have queen size beds, and look out over the sea views to the west. The bathroom has a WC, shower and 2 hand basins. The laundry has a second WC, washing machine and laundry tub, which can be used as a bathtub for smaller children.

Outside a courtyard  with table and benches surrounded by a garden bed provides an area to enjoy the sunshine. A larger undercover area with concrete floor is ideal for cooking a BBQ on the family Weber Q.

The owners live in a completely separate house that is linked to the Lookout at ground level by an adjoining storeroom. The owners' house is set back from the Lookout, facing north-east.  Each house has a separate driveway and front door. The owners' house has no impact on the sea views from the Lookout and they are there on site to assist you with any practicalities.
